Dear friend,
I’m Paul, a full-time life coach with a PCC certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am also a certified trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a certified Cancer Healing Coach.
My clients come from various fields, including the IT sector, the aviation industry, real estate, and the healthcare system.
My focus is to make the Mental Fitness Industry (MFI) a household name and to see mental health become a priority for everyone.
It is my dream to help and inspire you to learn from your own experiences using simple communication methods, so you can lead a fulfilled life. I also hope to one day start a foundation that helps autistic individuals explore their potential beyond the limitations conceived by others.
I come from a background of vast learning experiences, not just from a career standpoint, but also from my personal life, including my relationships, spiritual journey, and friendships.
Given my life experiences, I have fought through many negative emotions and unwanted states of mind.
When you train with me, I will guide you on how to successfully apply your learnings to your day-to-day life and make the changes you have always wanted to make. We can work on each area of your life at a balanced rate, so you can sustain a happy lifestyle.
I have a great thirst for knowledge, which helps me get to the root cause of issues. My experiences have firmly embedded in me the philosophy that everything begins in the mind, triggered by a simple thought.
NLP will help you in proportion to how much you want to help yourself. I look at it like this: have you ever seen an orchestra? Isn’t it amazing how so many people come together, all playing their instruments to perfection, in absolute harmony, and keeping to the timing and the beat?
They stick to the right tone, and only if they are in sync will they be able to produce a pleasant tune. For all of that to happen, they need a conductor.
